Do like the Quick Wash setting for just a few items and the Hand Wash. It has more setting than I ever use but glad they are available. One of the major drawbacks is that the doors are not reversible, so if your house is plumbed like mine the doors hit each other. Have had this washer for 2 years now( along with matching dryer). We run at least 15 loads a week for our big family, I recommend it but just keep on top of keeping it clean and fresh inside and you will be fine. If we forget, the smell starts to get on the clothes, so we make sure now to do it often. So we have to do an empty run through with bleach about once a month to keep it fresh and clean. We even leave the door open to air it out when it is empty. My biggest complaint is that I have to clean it at least one a month for smell, its gets a mildew smell in it no matter what kind of detergent we use (we have tried several). Some cons that we have come across: long cycle (the normal takes 55 minutes, bulky takes 59 minutes, hand wash I believe is 40 minutes (I dont use that one often).

The pros to this washer are that it has a large capacity, I can fit a king size down comforter in there and this baby can handle the load unlike other washers we have had, so it saves us time and money not having to take our comforters to the laundry mat!Īnother pro is that it has multiple settings like delicates, quick wash, bulky/heavy and normal loads. As a mom of 6 kids we need a washer that can not only do the job but get it done right.
